4. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility: Due to the personal care and herbal nature of our products, we accept returns only if the item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product upon receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
